1. Made-to-Order Nature
At Dorchester Ranch Golf Course, all of our apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and hats) is custom-printed or embroidered specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because we do not hold physical inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "incorrect size" selection. We strongly encourage you to review the Size Chart provided on each product page before finalizing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to wear your Dorchester Ranch gear with pride. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right.

Reporting Period: Please notify us at dorchester.kyle@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Evidence: You must provide clear photos of the damage or the specific printing error, along with your order number.

Resolution: If the defect is verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
For any packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with our shipping partners to locate the package or issue a replacement.
Note: We are not responsible for orders where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.
4. Cancellations
Because our fulfillment process begins almost immediately after an order is placed, we can only honor cancellation requests made within 2 hours of purchase. Once the item has entered the production phase, the order cannot be canceled.
